The rosin flux nozzle moves freely along the XY axis, with a needle-type nozzle delivering 0.1mm movement precision and a 1 second per solder dot spray cycle, ensuring accurate flux application only where needed. The soldering furnace moves along the XYZ axis via servo motor + linear rail drive, with PID+SSR temperature control delivering ±1℃ accuracy up to a maximum 400℃ setting. The system maintains a stable wave height of up to 5mm, with 0.1mm soldering precision for even the most compact PCB designs.

Low Consumption & Stable Long-Term Operation
