With a floor space of only 0.9㎡ and a 16kg lightweight precision solder pot, the equipment delivers stable, uniform tin output for full-penetration, residue-free, consistent solder joints, effectively eliminating cold joints, bridging, and missing solder defects. Unlike traditional wave soldering systems that feature fixed parameters, frequent rework, excessive solder dross waste, large footprint and heavy flux residue, this unit supports fast product changeover and one-click program switching. Each soldering point allows independent customization of temperature, dwell time, tin wave height and flux dosage, perfectly matching diverse component and pad requirements and meeting strict industrial standards for high yield rate, full tin penetration, consistent soldering quality and ultra-high cleanliness.
 
Boasting strong compatibility and flexible process performance, the machine fully supports double-sided PCB soldering and complex PCBs with tall bottom-side components, solving conventional pain points such as soldering dead zones and component collision.
